Do you provide home delivery?

Yes, we provide home delivery for all of our products. At the time of purchase, you will be asked for a required delivery date, which will be written into your sales order.

Do you deliver outside of Ontario/Canada?

Currently, we do not deliver outside of Ontario or Canada. However, if you are inquiring about purchasing product because you are moving to Ontario or you are purchasing for someone who lives within Ontario, we would be more than happy to help you. Some exclusions to large builder projects are applicable.

Can I purchase products online?

Any product that you see online is available for purchase. Our online sales team will gladly guide you through the purchase process when you use our “Book Online” tool. This allows our sales team to put together the best price and package to suit your needs.

Do you have inventory on-hand for urgent requests?

We have wide range of products that we carry excess inventory in to meet your needs. We understand that sometimes you need an appliance right away and so we carry what we call ready-to-go inventory. Any member of our sales team will be more than happy to assist you in finding what you need.

What brands do you carry?

We carry all the major brands of appliances with some minimal exclusions. Our Showroom Consultants can help you with our wide variety of premium and luxury brands available.

Do you provide installation of the product?

Yes, we provide installation services. During the sales process, just inquire about installation with our sales team and they will set you up for home installation. This service is currently not available in Ottawa.

What if my house closing date gets pushed back - will Appliance Canada hold onto my product until I move in?

We remain in continuous contact with our customers from the point of purchase until delivery. Therefore, if you need a later ship-date we can accommodate this request and ensure that the item you ordered is available for when you need it.

What if I can't find what I am looking for in one of your showrooms?

All you need to do is ask one of our factory-trained sales associates and they will be able to help. Because there are so many appliances, we are unable to showcase all of them but we do have access to all current brands and models.

Where are your showrooms located?

We have five Ontario showrooms to conveniently serve you, located in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, London and Ottawa.

How long will it take to deliver my appliances?

Delivery dates vary based on availability of product and your required date of delivery for your merchandise. COVID has affected availability dates from some vendors due to production delays.

What are the payment options at Appliance Canada?

We are happy to accept all major credit cards, PayPal and GooglePay as your method of payment.

What are the delivery charges?

$75 charge for orders less than $750. Free delivery for orders that are $750.01 or more in the GTA, London or Ottawa areas. Clearance merchandise and outlying areas from those listed above may have additional charges based on distance and items purchased.

Is Appliance Canada an authorized appliance retailer?

Yes, we are an authorized appliance retailer, and carry all major appliance brands, which can be found under the “Shop By Brand” tab on the navigation bar.

Can you dispose of my old appliances when you deliver the new ones?

For a limited time for online clients: we offer free removal of old appliances as long as the old item is disconnected.

What coverage does the extended warranty provide?

Most appliances have a one year warranty through the Manufacturer. Some credit cards offer additional warranty coverage on appliances. Please contact us for details and pricing for extended warranty.

What is Appliance Canada's return policy?

Returns:
Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
We ask that you take the time to thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any damage or defect that is noticed must be reported to Appliance Canada within 48 hours, by either calling 1-800-374-3437 ext. 2362 or email customerservice@appliancecanada.com . All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled, up to 72 hours prior to delivery, deposits are non-refundable.

Do you have seasonal promotions on your products?
