• You received a call from our Confirmations Department advising that your order (or your partial order) is ready to be delivered.
• An authorized person over the age of 18 is available to accept the order on the intended delivery date.
• There is a clear path to your appliances (ie. snow removal, salting, door removal - if applicable, pets isolated, etc.)
• You have your 11-12 digit order number readily accessible.
• Your order to be delivered needs to be paid for in full. Use this Easy Pay link to pay your balance online.
• Routing begins at 5pm same day as your confirmation call and only confirmed orders entered prior to this timeframe will be considered.
