Bertazzoni 36-inch Master Series freestanding induction electric range. This versatile size works just as well in a new kitchen design or with existing cabinetry. The beautiful smooth cooktop includes 4 induction heating zones including booster feature, pan detection system and residual heat indicator for each zone.The electric self-cleaning oven has nine functions, from convection, baking and roasting to warming and includes telescopic glide shelves. The pyrolytic oven linings require no cleaning agents. High temperatures burn off fat and grease leaving a safe, easily disposed of residue. A quadruple-glass door minimises heat loss.

The combined effect of the twin fans, two ring heating elements, the baffle and vents achieves a balanced, horizontally directed airflow for best-in-class even heat distribution, equally benefiting multi level cooking or any high profile foods. The Dual Diagonal Convection System, provides optimal heat distribution throughout the cavity, preventing hot spots or heat shadows. Food stays moist and is prepared healthier as grease particles do not carbonize. When using the oven for more than one dish, the different levels cook much more evenly than in a conventional convection oven. For traditional cooking, such as baking and recipes that require non-convection heat, the oven can be operated with the top and concealed bottom heating elements.

The soft-motion oven door is specially designed and carefully balanced for easy opening and smooth closing with one hand.

The coil produces a high-frequency electromagnetic field which penetrates the iron or steel pan and generates heat. Heat generation stops as soon as the pan is removed from the element, or it is switched off. With induction there is no waste of stored or residual heat, and practically all the energy is used to heat the pan. Also, there is no waiting for elements to heat up; full power is available immediately. Bertazzoni induction cooktops also feature one of the category leading broadcast ranges. As a result, cookware with slightly uneven bottom sections, will not diminish the advantageous of fast, immediate heat up times. With their touch-controls, the cooking zones are arranged to make it easy to prepare a wide range of different dishes very quickly with minimal energy output. Special functions include a booster and a pot detection system.
