This 36-inch BlueStar custom gas range features PowR Oven™, PrimaNova™ power burner, True European convection and 1850° infrared broiler.

PrimaNova™ power burner provides a searing 25,000 BTUs for maximum high heat cooking. The open-burner system delivers direct, concentrated and efficient heat along with superior temperature control and flame disbursement.

The revolutionary PowR Oven™ technology allows for faster preheating of the oven and a 30% increase in heat efficiency. Combined with the unique convection oven system, an extra-large oven capacity, and a professional grade 1850° infrared broiler – the BlueStar® Platinum™ Series delivers restaurant-quality results.

With the Platinum Series, there is no need to choose between a griddle or a charbroiler option. The cast iron interchangeable griddle charbroiler system offers the ultimate in flexibility: place the griddle or charbroiler anywhere on the range, interchange the two components based on the day’s menu, and enjoy dual zone cooking with up to 40,000 BTUs of heat on four unique surfaces.

The cavity design of the oven and the convection fan system result in the most complete exchange of air possible. This provides incredibly precise, even heat distribution.

Features an extra-large oven that will accommodate a full-size 18"x 26" commercial baking sheet. The convection fan system combined with the cavity design of the oven provides incredibly even heat distribution for precise baking results.

The large burner produces 1850ºF of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broiling for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.

Bring sauce to a boil while stirring on a front burner, then slide it to the rear to simmer while you sauté up front! Full motion grates allow you to easily reposition pots and pans from front to rear burners without lifting. The grates are also oversized to accommodate the largest stock pots and sauté pans.

BlueStar® Platinum™ ranges feature a sleeker and more functional design including larger glass oven doors and an easier-to-clean range top and oven.
